Our After-School Program includes transportation from Kyle, Fuentes, Science Hall, Negley, Elm Grove and Buda Elementary schools.
Active, healthy children grow up to be active, healthy adults. Our program isn’t “day care!” Our kids get an afternoon filled with so much fun they don’t even know they’re developing physical fitness, coordination, and social skills. Many of our champion gymnastics team athletes got their start when they enrolled in our after school program. All this for only $225/month! Come join the fun!
Schedule
We follow the HCISD School Closing Schedule. Monthly tuition is not prorated for school closings. OHG Austin does offer day camps during Spring Break, Winter Break and on most student holidays.
We pick up our students from Kyle, Fuentes, Science Hall, Negley, Elm Grove and Buda Elementary schools. The children arrive at the gym and warm up for gymnastics instruction. They have one class, then break for a light snack, and then play games and or outdoor sports. The atmosphere is fun, positive and stress-free.
Snack
OHG Austin provides a light snack (along the lines of popcorn, cheese crackers, etc.). Your child may bring a snack from home or purchase another snack from our office if you like – the office stocks a small supply of chips, crackers and cereal bars.
Rules and Policies
Children must be picked up by 6 p.m. Late pick-up fee is: $1 for the first 5 minutes and $1 per minute thereafter. Please call if you are running late.
Proper attire is essential for your child’s safety. Boys may wear shorts and a t-shirt. Girls may wear a leotard or shorts and a t-shirt. Hair must be pulled back. No zippers, buttons or jewelry.
All persons authorized to pick up your child must be on file at our office. You MUST call the office to let us know if someone else is going to pick up your child. Please inform your designated drivers that they will be required to present a driver’s license as proof of identity before we can release your child.

You must keep the office updated with your emergency contact phone numbers. You may call us at 512 295 3073.
Tuition
Payments are due by the 5th of each month. Payments received between the 6th and the 12th will be assessed a $5 late fee. Payments received after the 12th will be subject to a $10 late fee.
Annual registration fee: $45 per child (non refundable)
Single day (available by advance reservation, space permitting): $21.00
Siblings receive a $15 discount.
Prorated Tuition fo rAugust 2007 is $56.25 for the first week of school
