 If the class you are interested in is full, you can join the waitlist! In our class schedule, full classes show "Waitlist" on the left (while available classes show "enroll").  Just click waitlist to be added to the waitlist for that class.  As soon as a spot is available, you will be contacted by phone or email to notify you.

Yes, we do! Each student has a chance to do a FREE trial in a class to ensure they enjoy it before they enroll. CLICK HERE to schedule a free trial.

Our progression-based curriculum is designed for different ages and skill-levels:

​

Ages 12 mos to 5 years begin in our Preschool Program and can choose from the following:

• 12 mos- 3 yrs: Tiny Tumblers Class (structured curriculum)

• 12 mos- 3 yrs: Tiny Tumblers Playtime (open gym/parent supervised play)

• 3-4 years: independent co-ed Preschool Gymnastics Classes

At 5 years, students can choose from the following for ages 5 and up:

• Girls Gymnastics

• Boys Gymnastics

• Tumbling

• Ninja Classes

• Intro to Cheer Classes

We offer the same classes with a more age appropriate presentation for ages 8 and up as well.

​

We offer most classes at the Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Level. 

​

Class Tuition is billed monthly and due on the first of each month or upon enrollment. We require a credit card or bank info on file.  If you have any billing questions, please contact us at info@ohgaustin.com.

Yes, there is. Registration Fees are due upon new enrollment (per student) and annually in September.  The full year is $75, but the fee is pro-rated throughout the year beginning in January.  And, in August, we recommend paying the upcoming year's fee and getting 13 months out of it instead of 12.

Because we have students on waitlists and have already staffed each class based on enrollment, we are unable to refund tuition.  If a situation arises, only ACCOUNT CREDIT will be issued.

​

Your first month's tuition will reflect the portion of the month you attend, due upon enrollment.  Subsequent months will be the full monthly tuition due on the first.

​

We are a year-round program and offer open enrollment at any time.

We currently offer sibling discounts of $5 off the monthly tuition for each sibling added to the account. 

We also offer a $15 per month discount for additional Recreational classes added to the same student.

We have a 90-day makeup policy. If your child is unable to attend their scheduled class time (even for closures), they will be credited a makeup token. This makeup token can be used in any available class time that aligns with your child's age and skill level. You can see class options and schedule makeup classes right from the Parent Portal!  After the 90 days the makeup will expire and can no longer be used.

We do ask for 30-day notice of intent to un-enroll. 

You must either notify the office at info@ohgaustin.com to change enrollment status, or process your request via our Parent Portal.  Should you choose to "pause" your enrollment for a short period of time, you will not pay an additional registration fee to re-enroll prior to September each year.

Your child should wear comfortable athletic-wear (no jeans, buttons, zippers, cargo pockets). Leotards are encouraged, but not required.  Your child will go barefoot with the exception of some tumbling classes which will allow cheer shoes or athletic shoes.  Long hair should be secured away from the face. No excessive or dangling jewelry.
