Friday Night Lights is a coach-supervised open gym/training event designed for athletes ages 13–17. Participants will have the opportunity to train independently within their skill level, receive light spotting and skill support from coaches, and take part in a monthly challenge competition. Athletes can earn a spot on the Friday Night Lights Leaderboard and compete for prizes throughout the season.

Open to gymnasts, cheerleaders, tumblers, and other athletes looking for additional training time in a fun, motivating environment.
